7:45 AM to 10:00 AM
1. Please have the auditoirum set up by 7:15 AM and the auditoirum lobby doors should be unlocked and lights turned on by 7:30 AM.
2. The side hallway doors into the back sections of the auditiroum and doors to the stage should be locked.
NO other groups will have access to the auditorium during this testing.

GROUP / ORGANIZATION: Sophomore Class (Grade 10) and any Juniors and Seniors who are interested in taking the exam.
EVENT: ASVAB Exam
The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. It is administered annually to more than one million military applicants, high school, and post-secondary students.
AUDIO / VISUAL
1. Please have the Stage Left Light Box unlocked so the panel can be used.
2. The screen will need to be lowered for their use.
3. They will need to use the Multi-Media Cart from the Central Office.
SET-UP
1. Please have the stage cleared so the screen can be lowered.
2. The American Flag should be set up front, stage right.
3. They will need a table and two chairs set up in the Orchestra Pit for the Test Proctor.
4. Please have one trash can available by the table for the Test Proctor, and two trash cans set up near the doors leading out to the lobby.
